Ride-n-Stay Motorcycle Rental Program

HHoliday Inn Express & Suites, Reno Airport thanks you for your interest in our motorcycle rental program. Because you are a customer of Holiday Inn Express, we are offering a special rental rate because you are a guest of the hotel.

Have the Holiday Inn Express call Reno Harley-Davidson’s Rental Department at 775-329-2913 to make your rental reservation. The rates are as follows:

	MONDAY - THURSDAY	FRIDAY - SUNDAY
ANY BIKE	$79/Day + Insurance	$129/Day + Insurance
Additional discounts for rentals of seven days or moreupon availability.

Insurance

• Loss Damage Waiver: $29.95 per day (Limits your responsibility in the event the motorcycle is damaged)
• Personal Accident and Property Damage Insurance: $10.85 per day (protects your personal belongings and provides a benefit in case of accidental death and/or injury.
• Supplemental Liability Insurance: $15.00 per day (provides coverage for the Rentee in case of an at-fault accident.

GOLD PACKAGE (includes the two insurances and waiver listed above): $39.90 per day.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
• Must be 21 years old
• Any major credit card which Reno Harley-Davidson/Buell can authorize for $2,000 as a security deposit (see below) no cash deposits please.
• During the rental process, you will be asked to perform a short riding skills test. Eligibility to rent will be determined solely by the Reno Harley-Davidson/Buell rental representative.

Security Deposits

You are responsible for returning the motorcycle in the same condition as when it was rented. If the motorcycle you are renting is damaged, you will be responsible for the repairs up to the full value of the motorcycle. By accepting the Loss Damage Waiver, your responsibility is limited to the $2,000.00 security deposit. This is in addition to any rental charges you may owe. All repairs will be done by Reno Harley-Davidson/Buell.
